Enrollment and Graduation Verification

Verifications of enrollment for future semesters will not be available until the close of the Registration Period.

The Registrar's Office can verify dates of attendance, past and current enrollment, major field of study, degrees and certificates earned, hours earned. Students may request verification by:

  1. Filling out the Request for Verification Letter in the Registrar's Office.

  2. Printing out and completing the online Request for Verification Letter below. Mail the completed form to the Registrar's Office.

  3. Sending an email to Registrar@marist.edu or a letter requesting that information be released to a third party. The letter must contain the student's name, student ID number, contact information, information to be verified, and the name and address of where the information is to be sent in the mail.

Please be advised that OFFICE POLICY does not permit us to send or receive faxes.

There will be a process time of 3-5 business days. There is no fee for this service.
