M.A. in Communication - Organizational Communication & Leadership
The M.A. in Communication - Organizational Communication & Leadership focuses on the management of
communication and the relationships between an organization and
its strategic audience. Effective communication, conflict resolution and negotiation
skills together with a strong leadership element round out a degree that is highly
applicable in today's ever changing business world. The M.A. in Communication has a
thesis/non-thesis option that serves both students seeking professional advancement as well
as those looking toward doctoral work in Communication.

Master of Business Administration
Master of Public Administration
The School of Management has offered both a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Public Administration degree program since the 1970's. In 1998, Marist launched the first online MBA to be approved by New York State, followed in 1999 by the MPA program. In 2002, the Master of Business Administration received the prestigious AACSB accreditation which places it among the top 30% in North America.
Master of Science in Information Systems
Offered by the School of Computer Science and Mathematics, this programs provides advanced training and experience in both computer science and business administration. The focus of the program is on problem solving in business using the systems approach; cooperative work environments; managing and applying appropriate technology; and driving organizational change for competitive advantage.
